Sigrid Weinzinger began playing the piano at the age of six, received training in classical piano in Salzburg for 11 years, and composes her own inspirational, emotional songs.

Besides playing the piano she sings, plays stage piano, alto,- tenor- and soprano saxophones, the transverse flute, various other wind instruments, and percussion.

She loves travelling and collecting melodies and musical instruments from distant countries.

Sigrid`s music is inspired by her love of classical music, especially of Bach and Chopin, and also by contemporary music, e. g. Keith Jarret. Nevertheless, her music maintains its own individual character.
